• To promote cohesion between clinical units/hospitals comprising the academic programme.
• To enhance service delivery and patient care, at all levels and within a range of emphasis on a multidisciplinary/bio-psycho-social approach.
• To facilitate specialist training with FC Psych and MMed completion.
• To facilitate sub specialist training with Certificate/Fellowship completion.
• To deliver adequate and appropriate undergraduate teaching and training.
