#MzansiWhatsYourMove

No need to sign up for the gym

Research has shown that even brief (short bouts of less than five minutes), low-intensity movements can yield measurable physical and mental health benefits.

These findings were the springboard for the “Mzansi, what’s your move?” campaign at Wits University. The aim is to encourage staff and students to move more by showing how simple actions add up to physical activity. The campaign is supported by a series of comics and a mural on campus.
